Parker Drives Through Traffic

They saved a great game for the final one.  Every one really hustled and made great plays throughout the game, hustling on defense, handling the ball, making excellent passes, and helping each other out.  It was a fun game to watch and see how much the team has learned from that first game.

We were sorry to miss the contributions of Chase, Liam, and Emma.  They couldn't be there today, and were missed.

Thanks to all the players for their hard work, the coaches for their time and effort, and the parents.  It all made for a great season.

The Storm played a good game today.  We seemed to have a little tougher time getting shots to fall today, but the Coach and the players adjusted well and made up for it with lots of tough defense.  Every shot the other team tried to make was contested, there was a lot of pressure defense on the ball up top, and we might have broken our team record for steals.

Everybody really got into the act today. Lots of shots, good passes and good defense from all.  There is some great ball-handling going on out there too.  The point guards are always great, but if someone else gets a steal on the other end, you can count on them bringing the ball up and going straight to the basket for a good shot as well.   Again, a lot of progress is being made every week.
